Old Floor Coating and Paint Removal

Failed epoxy, thick paint and old sealers come off cleanly so the new floor can bond.

New coatings need clean concrete. Thick old epoxy, peeling paint or sealers must be removed mechanically, because grinding and scraping reach the bond line that chemicals and sanders miss.

We use powered scrapers and diamond tooling with dust control, then inspect the slab and repair damage. It is a heavy job done tidily.
