Getting started

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The on-site assessment, slab check and written quote are free and come with no obligation.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Nashville and communities across Middle Tennessee. See the service areas page for the full list and an interactive map.

Do you work on homes and businesses?

Both. We coat garages, basements, patios and pool decks, and commercial floors in shops, warehouses, showrooms, kitchens and more.

Do I need to know which system I want?

No. Our Matchmaker quiz and a short consultation narrow it down fast, based on your slab, your use and your budget.

Systems & finishes

What is the difference between epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurea?

Epoxy is the high-build, decorative workhorse. Polyaspartic is a fast-curing, UV-stable aliphatic polyurea. Polyurea is a rapid-cure, flexible base. Many premium floors combine them in a hybrid system.

Which is better, epoxy or polyaspartic?

It depends. Polyaspartic wins on cure speed, UV stability and toughness. Epoxy wins on value and decorative depth. A pro installer will often recommend a blend. Try the Matchmaker for a personalized answer.

What finishes do you offer?

Full flake, partial flake, metallic, flake over metallic, quartz, solid color, stained concrete and polished concrete, plus custom stripes, borders and logos.

Can I choose my own colors?

Yes. Our Floor Designer tool shows blends, and we bring physical samples to your consultation.

Prep & concrete

What prep do you do?

We diamond grind the slab, repair cracks, pits and joints, test for moisture and clean it thoroughly before any coating goes down. Prep is the single biggest factor in how long a floor lasts.

Why do some coatings peel?

Most peeling traces to weak prep, moisture vapor or thin, low-quality kits. Proper grinding, testing and the right primer prevent it.

Can you coat cracked or stained concrete?

Yes. We repair cracks and spalls first and remove or treat contamination. Flake and metallic finishes also help camouflage repairs.

What about moisture?

We test slabs, especially basements and new concrete. If moisture is high we recommend a mitigating primer or another approach.

Cost & timing

How much does a garage floor coating cost?

It varies with size, system, finish and slab condition. Our cost estimator gives a planning range, and your quote after the free assessment gives exact numbers.

How long does installation take?

Most residential garages take one to three days depending on the system. Larger or more decorative projects take longer.

When can I walk and drive on it?

Fast-cure systems often allow foot traffic within hours and vehicles within a day or two. Epoxy generally needs longer. We give exact times for your system.

Can I pay over time?

Many customers do. Our Payment Planner shows monthly figures for any rate you enter. Ask us about options.

Care & durability

How do I clean a coated floor?

Dust mop weekly and wash with a mild cleaner and soft mop. Keep grit off the floor, because grit scratches gloss.

Will hot tires damage it?

A professionally prepped system with a suitable topcoat is designed to resist hot tire pickup.

Is the floor slippery?

Gloss floors can be slick when wet. We add anti-slip texture where it makes sense.

Can the floor be repaired later?

Yes. Chips can be repaired and worn areas can be recoated.

Commercial

Can you work around our business hours?

Yes. We schedule nights, weekends and phased installs to keep downtime low.

Do you handle kitchens and food plants?

Yes, with systems such as urethane cement designed for washdown, thermal shock and sanitary details like cove base.

Can you add safety striping and logos?

Yes. Lanes, zones, arrows and branded logos are common add-ons.
