Moisture vapor is the hidden reason coatings fail. We test the slab and specify the right primer before anything goes down.
Concrete is porous and can pass moisture vapor upward from the ground. If that vapor reaches a non-breathing coating it can cause blisters and delamination. A quick test tells us how much moisture the slab is moving.
We use accepted methods, including calcium chloride and in-slab relative humidity testing, then recommend a moisture-mitigating primer, a different system or drainage fixes if needed.
