Concrete Spalling and Pitting Repair

Flaking, pitted and chipped concrete is rebuilt with repair mortars so it is flat and ready.

Spalling happens when the surface flakes away, often from freeze-thaw, de-icing salts or hot tire damage. Pitting leaves small craters that can telegraph through thin coatings.

We remove loose material, bond a repair mortar into the voids and grind everything flush. The slab becomes flat, sound and ready to coat or stain.
